Everything stays on your device. This app has no accounts, no servers that store your activity, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.

What we collect

Nothing about how you use this app leaves your device. We do not run analytics, we do not place tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you. There is no sign-up and no account.

What is stored on your device

To make the experience work, this app saves a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage — for example your self-trust count, a private history of your sessions, and your sound preference. This information lives only in your browser. It is never sent to us.

You can erase all of it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Doing so resets the app to its first-open state.

Audio

The breathing audio is delivered as ordinary static files and plays locally in your browser. Listening is not recorded or reported anywhere.

Hosting

Like any website, the server that delivers this app to you may process standard technical request information (such as your IP address) momentarily in order to send you the page. We do not use this to identify or track you.

Everything the app needs is bundled with the app and served from the same place as the app itself. Nothing is loaded from third parties, so no external company receives your IP address when you use this app.

Children

This app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above will change with it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
